1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns of unused, unopened, and items within **7 days** of delivery.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order crystal pieces are **not eligible for return** unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and certificates included.

2. Return Process

- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Refunds
