Thank you for choosing Himal&Soul. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. Therefore, all orders can be returned/exchanged for a full refund within 30 days, with proof of purchase**damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement. 

However, we will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

Please note that after an exchange is made, the item(s) do not qualify for refunds.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns of unused, unopened, and items within **30 days** of delivery.
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order crystal pieces are **not eligible for return** unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and certificates included.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at service@himalsoul.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)

We will review your request and provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

3. Refunds
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week. All shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will offer you the option of a replacement or a full refund, at your choice.please contact us at：service@himalsoul.com

5. Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

7. Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
